海南省种业实验室（原海南省崖州湾种子实验室，以下简称实验室）是海南省为践行国家打赢种业翻身仗，落实海南省“陆海空”战略部署，聚焦海南热带农业产业发展需求建立的省级科研平台，为新型研发机构，位于海南省三亚市崖州湾科技城。为吸引国内外优秀青年学者加入实验室科研队伍，实验室将举办2026年崖州湾青年学者创新论坛，邀请国内外优秀青年人才共聚平台，聚焦水产种质资源开发、遗传育种技术、生物技术创新及绿色智慧养殖等方向，探讨前沿进展与产业转化。
邀请具有国内外高校院所及行业知名企业从事相关科学研究工作的优秀青年学者；具有国内外知名高校院所博士后工作经历即将出站的博士后，或优秀博士毕业生。须具有生物育种及相关学科博士学位，包括但不限于生物技术、生物信息学、分子生物学、水产养殖、遗传育种、微生物学、农业工程等学科方向。
（1）时间安排
论坛将于2026年5月下旬举办，具体时间另行通知。
（2）报名：符合条件的国内外青年学者请于4月16日前，扫描下方二维码或链接下载参会申请表填写完整，以word版本发送至wangyange@yazhoulab.com。申请表命名方式为：姓名+青年学者论坛+研究领域+意向科研方向。
（3）邀请与回执：实验室将于5月13日前完成论坛邀请工作，受邀学者请及时查收报名登记的邮箱，受邀学者请于收到邀请函2日内填写回执并确认是否参会。
（4）差旅及食宿安排
会议期间实验室为线下参会学者提供食宿并报销交通费用，受邀者自订往返机票/动车票（限经济舱和二等座），据实报销。其中欧美地区航班往返补助限额10000元/人，亚太地区航班往返补助限额5000元/人，国内航班（含港澳台）往返补助限额3000元/人。实验室对本次论坛优秀汇报学者给予奖状和奖金。

1、博士后综合年薪税前42万-48万（含符合条件并成功申请的海南省博士后日常补贴税前15万元/人/年、工资、单位及个人缴纳的五险一金、餐补、税费等）；另资助科研经费每年12万元。
2、青年研究员综合年薪税前40万元起（综合年薪含工资、单位和个人缴纳的五险二金、餐补、税费等），另资助一定的科研经费；根据科研潜力及职称水平调整，具体面议。

Hainan Seed Industry Laboratory (formerly known as Hainan Yazhou Bay Seed Laboratory) is a provincial-level research platform established by Hainan Province to implement the national strategy of winning the seed industry battle and Hainan Province's "land, sea and air" strategic deployment. Focusing on aquatic seed industry and tropical fruits/vegetables, the Laboratory attracts domestic and foreign outstanding talents to promote technological innovation and achievement transformation for precision breeding and high-efficiency agriculture. As a new-type research institution,the Laboratory is located in Yazhou Bay S&T City, Sanya, Hainan. To attract outstanding domestic and international young talents, the Laboratory will host 2026 Young Scholars Forum, focusing on advancements and industrial applications in aquatic germplasm resource development, genetic breeding technologies, biotechnological innovation, and green intelligent aquaculture.
Research Fields:
Have a doctoral degree in biological breeding and related disciplines (including but not limited to biotechnology, bioinformatics, molecular biology, aquaculture, genetic breeding, microbiology, and agricultural engineering).
Eligibility:
Outstanding young scholars engaged in relevant scientific research at domestic/foreign universities, research institutions, or leading industry enterprises.
Postdoctoral researchers from renowned institutions worldwide who are nearing completion of their tenure, or doctoral candidates PhD graduates from well-known academic institutions.

(3) Invitation & Confirmation
The laboratory will send invitations by May 13, 2026. Invited scholars must confirm attendance within 2 days of receiving the invitation. Please monitor your email regularly for updates.
(4) Travel & Accommodation
During the forum, the Laboratory will cover accommodation and meals for on-site invitees. The invited scholars will book their own travel tickets, the Laboratory will reimburse travel expenses (economy-class flights/second-class train tickets). Maximum amount: CNY 10,000 per capita for participants traveling from North America or Europe, CNY 5,000 per capita for participants traveling from Asian countries, CNY 3,000 per capita for participants traveling from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan.
Outstanding presenters will receive certificates and monetary awards.
【Recruitment Requirements】

【Compensation & support】
1.Postdoctoral Fellows: Pre-tax annual salary of 420,000–480,000 CNY (includes 150,000 CNY/year from Hainan Postdoctoral Subsidy,base salary, benefits, taxes, social insurance, etc.)
+ 120,000 CNY/year research funding.
2.Young Researchers: The pre-tax comprehensive annual salary starts from 400,000 CNY (including base salary,benefits, meal subsidies, taxes and other expenses), with certain research funding provided. the specific salary will be determined through negotiation based on the candidate's research potential and professional title level.
3. Additional benefits:
(1)Enjoy paid leave, high-temperature subsidies, meal allowances, annual health checkups, trade union benefits and other national statutory welfare benefits.
(2)Talent incentive policy: In accordance with the Measures for the Identification and Reward of High-Level Talents in Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, full-time Class D talents can enjoy a 5-year pre-tax talent reward of 1.2 million CNY plus a housing subsidy of 400,000 CNY; full-time Class E talents can enjoy a 5-year pre-tax talent reward of 400,000 CNY plus a housing subsidy of 400,000 CNY; full-time Class F talents can enjoy a 5-year pre-tax talent reward of 200,000 CNY plus a housing subsidy of 200,000 CNY.
